In 2010 I decided that I wanted to begin a second career in real estate. I had been working in a different field for over 25 years and had some experience as a real estate investor and landlord. Based on a prior bad experience, I knew that I did not want to be a part-time agent or somebody that worked real estate on the side. So I broke the news to my boss, quit my job, and jumped in 100% from day 1.
